We do have most of our products in stock. If not we usually get them in 2 to 5 days.
You can track your order in real time through our clients website interface.
If your order can't be proceed for out of stock reasons we'll credit your account back.

We send through French National and International Post services and use differents kind of shipping.
Simple Slow : No tracking, No insurance, and moreover it's slow about 15 days wherever you live.
Simple fast : No tracking, No insurance. Takes about 6 days to get to you.
Simple shipping do not offer any insurance the goods travel under the responsability of the French post and then of the national post services of your Country. If lost or damaged we don't credit back.

Insured international orders : Your orders are not tracked but they are insured and delivered upon signature.
GIFTS POINTS
As soon as you order at Harmonicaland your account is credited with gift points. You can then turn those points into the gifts available in the gift sections (mostly items from the store)

We offer an affiliation program. Put a banner on your website and each time a client order through your website we give you a percentage of this order. Each year we pay you if your account reaches the minimal amount required. You have to sign the affiliation contract to begin and then you can follow everything online.

WHY DON'T WE SELL ALL THE HARMONCIA MODELS ?
Internet is a huge source of information, sometimes there's so much that it's too much !
Instead of having lots of items to sell even if not in stock we prefer to have items tested by professionnal harmonica players who select what they think to be the best products. Of course we try to sell the most common harmonicas and if you're looking for something you can't find on our website but you do find on the brand website, just ask us and we'll send you a price offer on this term under 24 hours.
